Various activities are going on all over Madhya Pradesh these days to provide information about the Mukhya Mantri Ladli Bahna Yojana and to get its forms filled by women.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself is informing the sisters about the provisions of the scheme in the district level conferences.

The Chief Minister first welcomes and greets the sisters who come to the conference by showering them with flowers and starts the conversation with the filmi song “Phoolon Ka Taron Ka Sabka Kehna Hai – Ek Hazaaron Me Meri Behna Hai”. This different style of the Chief Minister is being very much liked and appreciated by the women of the state.

The sisters who came to the conference are also greeting their Shivraj Bhaiya through placards to welcome him. The words written on the placards are as follows – “Shivraj Bhaiya ki nayi saugat- aadhi aabadi rahe khushhall, hum behenon ko mila samman– Shivraj Bhaiya hai mahan, thanks to Shivraj Bhaiya for the Ladli Bahna Yojana. Lakhs of letters are being written by the sisters of the state to their Chief Minister bhaiya for having introduced the scheme. The women are tying rakhsha sutra and rakhis to the Chief Minister in every sammelan.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan’s Ladli Bahna Yojana has been launched in the state on March 5. The Chief Minister implemented the scheme after deep thought to empower the sisters of poor and middle class families socio-economically. The process of taking applications under the scheme has been started from April 1st.

Chouhan shared the process, step-by-step with the women and also got the application of one of them filled in the sammelan held at Bhopal’s Jamboree Maidan on March 5th. The ineraction of the Chief Minister with the sisters continues.

Chouhan is of the opinion from the beginning that family, society, state and country will be strong only when women are strong and self-dependent. The aim of his life is to make the their petty needs and requirement of money.

For this purpose, he has started Abhinav Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana in the state.

In the scheme, women of poor and middle class families whose annual income is less than Rs two and a half lakh, who have less than 5 acres of land and in families where there is no income tax payer, and who are in the age group of 23 to 60 years will be considered eligible and Rs one thousand each will be transferred to their accounts every month.

For effective implementation of the scheme, applications of sisters are being filled in the camps being organized in all the villages and urban wards. Along with the government machinery, Jan Abhiyan Parishad and other social organizations are also cooperating in this work.

Chouhan himself is also observing the process by reaching these camps. The state government is also giving an amount of Rs 15 per KYC to the concerned institutions so that the sisters do not face any difficulty in getting e-KYC done.

All the sisters of the state are happy with all these arrangements and the sensitivity of Chief Minister Chouhan and they are now waiting for a new dawn in their lives, which will expected on June 10, 2023. This day will become historic for the sisters of the state, when the first installment of Rs.one thousand will be deposited in their accounts.
