Chief Minister Chouhan said that we are one big family. The state is run by the family not the government. Just as the interests of every member in a family is taken care of, similarly works are being done for the welfare of every person in the state. The amount of Samman Nidhi, which poor farmer brothers get in a year, has been hiked to Rs 12,000. The poor are getting 5 kg free ration every month. In the Ayushman Yojana, there is a system of free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh in a year.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the previous governments had stopped many public welfare schemes. By making false promise of loan waiver to the farmers, they were made defaulters. Our government has made them debt free by paying their interest of Rs. 2200 crore and they are being given crop loans at zero percent interest. The previous government stopped Sambal and Teerth Yatra and did not give funds for Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah/Nikah Yojana. Our government restarted all the schemes. Now elders are being taken on pilgrimage by aeroplane also.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that I will not let money become a hurdle in the education of children. They will be given books, uniforms, bicycles, laptops and now toppers will also be given scooties. The government will also pay the fees for higher education of meritorious students. Government recruitment is being done on one lakh posts in the state, loans are being provided for self-employment and honorarium is also being given along with training under the Mukhyamantri Seekho-Kamao Yojana. Every hand is being given work.
