A group of the coordinated wrongdoing control unit (OCCU), alongside Mohali police, captured a nearby partner of hoodlum Davinder Bambiha and Sukha Duneke posse on Friday.
“The charged, Happy Singh, false name Amy, is an occupant Muktsar, Punjab. He was captured from Kharar following a hint. A .32-type unfamiliar made gun, alongside six live cartridges, were recuperated from him,” said Mohali senior administrator of police (SSP) Harjeet Singh.

He added that Happy and his gangsters had been executing wrongdoings in the locale on the headings of Canada-based Duneke, who is associated with different horrifying violations in Punjab’s Malwa area, like homicide, abducting, coercion and carjacking.

“During addressing, Happy revealed that he was associated with the hijacking of a noticeable specialist in Muktsar in December last year. They held the specialist hostage for three hours and delivered him after the family paid ₹25 lakh,” the police official added.

The SSP said on Duneke’s headings, Happy had likewise given weapons to the shooters, who killed Manpreet Singh, false name Challa Sidhu, and Manpreet, pseudonym Vicky, both close assistants of killed hoodlum Kulbir Singh Naruana, in Bathinda on January 12.
