Jabalpur Jain Panchayat Sabha has decided to celebrate Ram Utsav on a grand scale in the entire city on the occasion of the inauguration of Ram Temple on 22 January.

Panchayat Sabha President Kailash Chandra Jain said that 51 Jain temples are built in the city.

After a meeting held with the officials of all the Jain temples, it has been concluded that on 22nd, all the Jain temples will be decorated with electrical decorations, Maha Aarti will be performed simultaneously in all the temples from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

An event will be organized and the temple officials will distribute sweets.

Jain Panchayat Sabha Minister Anil Jain Gudda said that Deepotsav will be celebrated by the Panchayat Sabha from Bade Fawara to Kamania Gate, this festival will be celebrated in the form of a festival with all the Sanatan Dharma followers, in which thousands of lamps will be lit.

President of Jain International Trade Organization, Rajesh Jain Raymonds and Rahul Badkul said that on 22nd itself, colorful cultural programs will be organized at Malviya Chowk and sweets will be distributed after lighting lamps.

Sujit Bhau of Panchayat Sabha said that this is such an occasion that has come after 500 years and all the Sanatani nations are celebrating it with pride.

Shri Ram Katha is also mentioned in Jain Purana and we are celebrating this festival along with all the city residents.

Trustees of Jawahar Ganj Jain Temple Pradeep Jain, Shailesh Chaudhary Ashok Singhai told that electrical decorations will be done in front of the temple, 101 kg sweets will be distributed and Bhajan evening will be organized.

Patron Pawan Jain and President Ashish Jain Lalu of Sangam Colony Jain Temple told that the program of distribution of sweets will be organized in front of Ukhri Chowki.

In the meeting called by Jain Panchayat Sabha, officials of all 51 temples expressed their views and told that events will be organized in all the temples and sweets will be distributed.

Amrit Teerth Mandir trustees Mukesh Fadis and Rajkumar Kakkar said that 201 kilos of sweets will be distributed along with the worship of Shri Ram.


With Maha Aarti in Kachnar City Temple, Anil Jain Gudda told that people of all the communities will light lamps from their homes and join the Shiv Temple of Kachnar City.

Bharatiya Janata Party state treasurer CA Akhilesh Jain and CA Manish Kaushal, Shailesh Jain, Dr. Vimal Jain also expressed their views.
