Ahead of World mental state Day, Malaika Arora shared a post on her Instagram profile, during which she asked her Instafam to share their stories. The actress wrote about how yoga helped her “survive” and wrote in her note: “Tomorrow, the 10th of October is World psychological state Day. Here may be a little confession. i believed i used to be bulletproof until it hit me that I wasn’t emotion proof. My mind began to play games with me the principles of which I didn’t know. I survived due to yoga.” The 47-year-old star wrote about her “breaking point” and added, “My brink came on each day while i used to be in my first few yoga classes and my tears didn’t stop. I survived the storm within me. i will be able to never call myself bullet proof because none people are. i will be able to call myself stable and within the path of continuously needing to become mentally, physically and emotionally healthy. this can be my SARVAstory.
