Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has instructed the authorities that the farmers will not stand in queue to get fertilizer, said Minister of Revenue and Transport Govind Singh Rajput.

Rajput met CM Chouhan in this connection at around 10 pm on Thursday night and apprised him about the matter.

Rajput said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given a clear instructions to the administration to give maximum facilities to the farmers so that the farmers do not face any problem.

All possible help should be given to the farmers and increase the number of centres providing fertilizers to the farmers, he said.

Not only this the farmers be supplied urea in addition to the fertilizers, he said.

Rajput said not only the farmers of Surkhi assembly, other farmer in the district would also be provided fertilizer without any problem.

He said the farmers are ‘Annadata’ as they provide us food.

Rajput said there is huge contribution of farmers in the economy due to which are the country is progressing.

The BJP government is that of the farmer thus no farmer will be troubled in, the minister said.

It is our resolve that we and our government will make the best arrangements possible for our farmer, he said.
Rajput said the farmer is our Annadata, therefore it is duty of the officers and employees at the food centers to behave decently with the farmers.

He warned action will be taken against the officer or employees if any complaint is received from the farmers.

Rajput instructed the authorities to make arrangements of chairs for sitting and drinking water facility for the farmers coming to the centre for fertilizer, so that the farmers coming from far away do not have to face trouble to get water, the entire arrangement at the centre should be for the farmers.
Rajput instructed the officers of state owned electricity Discom that the farmers require electricity for agriculture irrigation and pelva at this time, therefore sufficient electricity should be supplied, wherever transformers are not functioning or damaged, replace the same with new transformers. So that farmers can get continuous electricity for irrigation.
