Madhya Pradesh Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput instructed the officers to expedite the survey of corps damage due to hailstorm.

He instructed the officer that there should be no negligence in carrying the survey.

Farmers’ crops have been damaged due to heavy rains, storms and heavy hailstorms, he said.

Rajput instructed on telephone to the collector and tehsildars and patwaris to inspect the crops after reaching the spot.

Rajput said that a review meeting will be held soon regarding the extent of damage caused by the hailstorm.

He said if any officer/employee found negligent in this work will be suspended with immediate effect.

He said that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in the work of the farmers.

The farmers whose crops have been damaged due to heavy rains and hailstorm should not worry, the government is with them, Rajput said.

Adequate compensation will be given to all the farmers for their crops, he said.

Rajput has instructed the officers to reach the spot and conduct the survey.

He said due to hailstorm and rains, the farmers’ crops have been destroyed, about which the government is serious and soon the compensation amount will be provided to all the farmers.

Under any circumstances, the BJP government will not allow the farmers to be troubled, he added.
